Adventure Time: Girls Rule! is an anime series based on the American television series Adventure Time.
Plot[]
The series revolves around four main female protagonists of Adventure Time: Fionna, Marceline, Flame Princess, and Princess Bubblegum, as they go on great adventures in the Land of Ooo.

Fionna Martins (Voiced by Madeleine Martin in English)
Fionna is a fearless, thrill-seeking, adventure-loving hero who will rescue any prince from the Ice Queen or do any task to better herself or help citizens. She helps her friends experience the fun and action in going on great adventures, just like her male counterpart and boyfriend, Finn Mertens.
Princess Bonnibel Bubblegum (Voiced by Hynden Walch in English)
Princess Bubblegum loves most of her subjects and has been known to defend them tirelessly when trouble brews. Princess Bubblegum has a strong sense of morality and participates in politics outside the Candy Kingdom. She is very noble and intelligently clever, undoubtedly the most intelligent person in the Land of Ooo.
Marceline Abadeer the Vampire Queen (Voiced by Olivia Olson in English)
Marceline is described as a wild rocker girl. Centuries of wandering the Land of Ooo have made her a fearless daredevil. She is a lover of all things exotic and still travels across the land often. She has a mischievous personality and is rarely intimidated.
Phoebe the Flame Princess (Voiced by Jessica DiCicco in English)
Flame Princess has a short temper and volatile personality; she usually has a calm demeanor, though with rather frequent tendencies to sudden and violent mood swings. Flame Princess is bold, sensitive, and quick to judge. She is also very aggressive, as shown when she throws fireballs at her subjects just for whispering. However, although being ill-tempered, Flame Princess was shown to be able to control her anger well.
Prince Boris Gumball (Voiced by Neil Patrick Harris in English)
Prince Gumball is the beloved ruler of the Candy Kingdom. He loves almost all Candy People. He is an elegant young man who is formal and intelligent. He has a crush on Marceline.
Marshall Lee the Vampire King (Voiced by Donald Glover in English)
Marshall is rowdy, endangering others with his violent, "friendly" rough-housing. He appears to have an interest in music like Marceline, as he's shown to rap and carry around and play an electric guitar, opposed to Marceline's bass guitar. He has a crush on Princess Bubblegum.
Finn Mertens (Voiced by Jeremy Shada in English)
Although at times violent and aggressive, Finn is a brave and righteous boy. His aspirations to become a great hero makes him somewhat of a moral sheriff in the Land of Ooo, as he is willing to help and protect any innocent person or creature. He has a crush on Fionna.
