Plot
Diana Monarch is an ordinary 10 year old girl until the day she comes across a magic talking fairy and given the power to become the Fairy Angel of Justice known as Butterfly Wings.

She is an energetic and clumsy young girl who is super sweet and often lacks common sense. She loves comedies and cartoons, she is often seen watching super funny animes like Ranma 1/2 and Dragon Ball in the evenings and saturday mornings. She has a high sense of justice but is also extreamly naive at times. She has a terrible fear of wasps and anything that bites. She has light blonde hair and aqua blue eyes as Diana. She lives with her 30 year old half sister Amiko Chōkokoro who is a doctor and surgeon in a nice townhouse in a wealthy neighborhood because her parents were killed in drunk driving crash 6 years earlier.
